Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is for teams of up to five people and includes three projects, unlimited tasks and the core boards. There is no time limit and no credit card is needed to start.
How long does it take to set up?
Most teams are working in Skyloom within an afternoon. You can import tasks from a spreadsheet or another tool, invite your team by email and start from one of our ready-made templates.
Where is our data stored?
Customer data is stored in the EU and encrypted in transit and at rest. Business and Enterprise customers can ask for a data processing agreement and a copy of our security summary.
Can we connect the tools we already use?
Skyloom connects to more than 150 tools, including email, calendars, chat, file storage and code hosting. If something is missing, our open API and webhooks let you build the link yourself.
What happens if we need to cancel?
You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your workspace drops back to the Free plan and you can export all of your data as a spreadsheet or JSON file whenever you like.
Do you offer discounts for charities and schools?
We do. Registered charities, schools and universities get 50 percent off paid plans. Send us a short message and we will set it up for you.
